This house is a converted bunker that was originally one of four London group controls, or regional war rooms.
It had been disused since 1958, until it was bought and renovated to create what will be a multi-million pound residency.
The Reward ICF basement extension will be 6.0 metres deep, accessed from the house via a chamber that we have created by breaking through the footings of the original structure.
